How does reseller hosting work?
Reseller hosting allows you to sell dedicated servers and hosting services without
managing the underlying infrastructure. With webampm, you can resell enterprise-grade
servers while we handle the hardware, network, and data center operations.
Simply choose the server configurations you want to offer and add them as products on
your website—most resellers use WHMCS. When a customer places an order, you purchase the
server from webampm. Once the server is ready, we provide login credentials and private
nameservers that you can forward to your client.
Whether you’re selling VPS hosting, server clusters, database servers, email hosting, or
unlimited domains, webampm reseller hosting gives you the flexibility to sell it all.
Dedicated servers also support shared and reseller hosting, with Plesk available during
checkout.
What uptime guarantees do you offer?
Every reseller hosting server includes a 100% Network Uptime SLA. All webampm data
centers feature multiple redundant connections to top-tier bandwidth providers to ensure
consistent availability and network reliability.
What additional features can I offer my clients?
In addition to standard hosting features available through Plesk, WHMCS, and cPanel, you
can offer email hosting, DNS nameservers, and cloud application hosting using
open-source platforms such as ownCloud. Any service supported on a Linux server can be
included.
Can I apply custom branding to my storefront and client portal?
Yes. WHMCS allows full customization of your storefront and customer portal. You are
responsible for managing your website and billing system, while webampm provides the
dedicated servers used to deliver shared hosting, reseller hosting, or full server
reselling services.
How many domains and email accounts can I host?
You can host as many domains, websites, and email accounts as your server resources
allow. Limits depend on your server configuration, including available storage,
bandwidth, CPU, and memory.
How much storage and bandwidth is included?
Cloud servers include NVMe storage ranging from 300 GB to 4.5 TB, with network speeds
from 1 Gbps up to 10 Gbps. Bandwidth can be customized, including unmetered options.
Dedicated servers support SSD, NVMe, or HDD storage configurations and include 20 TB of
monthly bandwidth on a 1 Gbps connection by default. Bandwidth and network speed
upgrades are available at select locations.
What operating systems are supported?
A wide range of Linux and Windows operating systems are supported. Custom operating
systems can also be installed, and you may deploy your own OS using our dedicated server
console.
How many IP addresses are included?
Each dedicated server includes one usable IP address by default. Additional IP addresses
are available upon request, subject to proper justification and application
requirements.
